CUSTOM HOMES
Custom homes are our core business. We offer “Fixed Price with Allowances” contracts or “Cost Plus contracts” in which we provide an initial budget and open book system of procurement.
ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS
We can add to or improve your existing home.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With over 20 years of experience in the home building market, we can assist you with your budget, design details, managing trades, procurement and quality.
DESIGN
We work with design specialists to provide site specific designs, offer feedback and provide preliminary costing as your design progresses.
